How The Law Firm Works
Complex legal matters made easy
At the Jacksonville estate planning law firm of Todd Watson, you begin with a free phone conversation in which you mutually determine whether Todd's estate planning law firm is right for you. If you wish to proceed, Todd's office will forward a Client Questionnaire to you and set a time to meet in person.
Your initial consultation
Todd's office atmosphere is warm and friendly. When you arrive at the law firm, you will be greeted by one of Todd's skilled assistants. Todd will take a few minutes to review your completed Client Questionnaire. This helps him gain an understanding of the basic components of your estate, what types of legal documents, if any, you already have in place and what additional planning measures may be needed. Then, Jacksonville estate planning attorney Todd Watson will meet personally with you to discuss your estate planning needs and your personal goals. This may include education about additional estate planning techniques.
If you wish to proceed with the estate planning process, Todd will prepare a Terms of Agreement letter for you which clearly states the services to be rendered and the costs and expenses incurred. Todd is able to offer a flat fee to approximately seventy-five percent (75%) of his clients.
